10 Key Points to Bid Online With LL Auctions: Buyer agrees

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to register, use this site, and bid on any items. All registration information must be current, complete and accurate.
  2. All items are sold as is, where is. Descriptions are to the best of our knowledge and believed to be true and correct. The auctioneer and/or seller assume no responsibility and make no warranties regarding any items.   3. All bids are a legal and binding contract, once placed they CANNOT be retracted, and full payment is due w/in 48 hours of invoice being emailed to buyer. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. All online payments are done through a secure online payment processing system.   4. All winning bidders will be notified by email with an invoice for payment. Invoice will be sent by the end of the next business day following the completion of the auction. You will not be invoiced for items you have purchased until the entire auction is complete. Invoice will show lots purchased, buyer’s premium, taxes (if applicable), and total amount due. Payment is due IN FULL 24 hours prior to the beginning of pick up time and w/in 48 hours of invoice being sent. Once payment is made buyer will be sent a receipt. Receipt MUST be shown to pick up merchandise.
  5. Lots picked up and/or shipped to Texas: Buyer is liable for Texas Sales Tax (8.25%). This is governed by state law. Sales tax will be added to the buyer’s purchase total and buyer’s premium, unless you have filled out a valid resale or exempt form with LL Auctions prior to, or at time of payment.
  6. Buyer’s premium WILL be charged. This amount is 10% of the final bid price.
  7. Items MUST be picked up on the designated pick up date. Merchandise will ONLY be released with the printed receipt sent to you via email. Arrangements for removal of purchased items will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. LL Auctions does not provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their items. Buyer assumes all risks and expenses for removal. LL Auctions is NOT responsible for any damage to items incurred during packing, loading, lifting, towing or hauling in regards to removal or handling of items. See complete terms & conditions
  8. Items that are shippable via UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or DHL will be shipped by “Box It” 190 B2 Gulf Freeway League City, Texas 77573. Items will be shipped ONLY if buyer has requested shipment. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. LL Auctions does not set these fees. Shipping and handling are done by a separate and independent company that specializes in packing and shipping. All fees, rates, packing, material and shipping methods are handled separately. If buyer has requested that items be shipped, Box It will contact the buyer for payment by credit card. This is separate from the payment previously made to LL Auctions. Payment for shipping will be directly to Box It. Any claims for damage, misdirected or lost packages MUST be made through Box It, NOT LL Auctions. Insurance for shipped items is at the discretion of the buyer. Only items that may be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL will be shipped. Items too large, hazardous, or not legally shippable by the above carriers WILL NOT be shipped and buyer will be responsible to arrange pick up of those items.
  9. Items not picked up or requested for shipping within 30 days from close of auction will be deemed abandoned and will be re-sold. There will be NO refunds, credits or adjustments made. See complete terms & conditions
  10. This auction has staggered ending times. If a bid is placed during the last 5 minutes of bidding, bidding will be extended an additional 5 minutes. If you have placed a maximum bid amount, our program will automatically increase your bid against other bids placed, up to your maximum bid amount. You may increase your maximum bid at any time before the auction ends. Your current bid will only be increased against competing bids up to your maximum bid. Increments will be established by LL Auctions and shown at time of bidding.
